Shipping Policy

A. All orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, except on public holidays or weekends.
B. Delivery time: 5–7 business days, and the total delivery time does not exceed 14 business days.
C. Shipping method: Air freight.
D. Shipping cost: Free of charge.
E. Incorrect addresses or deliveries to a different address may incur an address change fee.

All orders are processed within 24 hours after we receive the order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours.

If you have not received your order 2 days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us at info@mistivo.shop, and include your name and order number so we can investigate the issue.
